Overall Description

Built on a revised hull first used in the Californian 38 LRC, the 38 Motor Yacht is a much more modern boat with a double cabin layout and a raised deck with a hardtop. Her solid fiberglass modified -V hull features a three quarter length keg for low speed handling and the flat aft section for efficient planing performance. The conventional aft cabin floor plan includes two. Spacious staterooms accented with lots of hand rubbed teak drawer and cabinet storage throughout. Each stateroom with its own head and stall shower. Her Galley down configuration keeps the kitchen out of the salon space. Hinged steps in the forward companionway provide access to the particularly well designed engine room with good working space outboard of the engines.

Engines start great and run great at hull speed. They will smile a bit at high RPM's

Accommodations

A nicely decorated and clean interior fashioned with beautiful hand rubbed teak bulkheads and cabinetry. The owner’s stateroom is aft and fitted with a queen island berth and en-suite head and shower. Of particular note both head’s are compost style heads and virtually eliminate any odors associated with conventional marine waste systems. All plumbing and holding tanks were left in place in the event that you wish to revert back to the original setup. Answers regarding this system can be addressed when onboard the vessel.
