1987 Bertram 54 Convertible

VIP stateroom forward has island queen berth, private head with stall shower, TV/VCR, stereo system and A/C control panel. Aft to port is the master stateroom with an offset Queen Island Berth, private head with stall shower, TV/VCR, A/C controls. Aft to starboard is the over/under washer/dryer followed by a third guest stateroom with over/under berths, private head and A/C control panel. Up to main salon with galley forward to port and L shaped dinette forward to starboard. The salon was updated in 2012. The large “L” shaped salon sofa is situated in the aft port corner of the main salon and plenty of room to stretch out and entertain. A custom table is in front of the sofa that offers a tremendous amount of additional storage. Forward and above the dinette to starboard, the locker that used to house the TV and stereo equipment. All oak woodwork has been refinished and the headliners have been replaced as part of the 2012 decor update. The interior colors are shades of beige, brown and green. Cabin windows are tinted and there are canvas covers to protect the carpeting.

3 Pompanette helm chairs, shaped seating of front of helm, brand new (February 2016) 3 sided enclosures w/3 large U Zips, new cushions, 6 rod holders on aft rail, brand new Satellite Stereo speakers (February 2016), Chart holder, Pipewelders tower, 2 Quartz lights and a new Venturi Windshield installed February 2016.

Salon AC new in 2014 w/updated SMX 11 controls. All canvas new in 2014 except sunshade.

Complete 2016 Bottom Maintenance has been completed at Merritt Boat Yard, Pompano Beach that includes complete sanding prep and the application of two coats of anti fouling paint. The hull was detailed at the same time and a new transducer was installed to accommodate the new bottom sounder being installed.

                 exchangers removed cleaned and bench pressure tested and Intercoolers and
                     turbos fully serviced.

               • Complete Generator service

 February 2019

               • All refrigeration serviced to include both refrigerators and freezers

               • Air Conditioning 3 units fully serviced and Master SR replaced

               • New fly bridge enclosure 3 sides

               • Fly bridge seat covers new

               • House windows removed and resealed

May 2019

               • Two Day Marine Survey for Insurance purposes conducted May 21 and May 22.
