History of "Millie"

Originally constructed by Willard Marine for the US Navy in 1991 as a Launch to tender up to 150 passangers to and from ships at anchorage and across ports. The "Gunston Hall" was sold as surplus. Her new owner decided to create a substantial cabin vessel suitable for long journeys and as a live a board. With numerous updates and improvements were added to this all fiberglass hull including substanial additional tankage of 960 US Gal Diesel Fuel to propel the six cylinder Cummins Diesel with a SOG of 11 Knots. A Phasor 5 kW Generator completed the live aboard requirements.
