She would be ideally suited for a Live Aboard considering her current layout. Very spacious cabin offers a large galley with seating area and two staterooms. Master is aft and guest is to the starboard side with two offset over under bunks each with its own head. A rough canvas ready for a decorative touch.
Sufficient space to accommodate additional berthing if you are seeking CREW LIVING QUARTERS while working in the southwest Florida disaster region. Two almost new AIR CONDITIONERS supported by shore power or by her onboard generator help to make her an oasis
Powered by a single Cummins Diesel 6BTA producing 120 HP so she is slow but steady. Assisted by a Vetus Bow Thruster to make her handling ideal for the novice. Onboard Phasor 3.5 kW generator with 550 total hours of operation and two zone Mitsubishi Air Conditioning system. (New 2022).
Used for the past several years as the base vessel for several Fort Lauderdale Winter Fest entries winning among others accolades “Best in Show. ”

With the main entrance at the bow forepeak entry is through two hinged doors into the main salon area. Immediately on the port side is the lower helm station with a large bench style seat. Hydraulic steering, Throttle and Shift controls and a Vetus Bow Thruster JoyStick. Engine instruction, a VHF Radio complete this area. To the starboard side is a companion seating area when underway.
Aftto starboard is a large dinette with cushioned bench style seating and a drop leaf table. The galley is to port and runs from just aft of the helm station all the way aft to the end of the main salon. Amazing counter space and prep area. The entire space is cooled by a Mitsubishi Air Conditioner.
Along the port side aft of the main salon is the passageway leading to first the Guest Stateroom with an off set over under bunk setup and a vanity with an enclosed plumbed head to holding tank adjacent to the vanity. Further aft is a stall shower that is shared by both staterooms. The entry to the Master Stateroom Aft follows which is a full beam master with a separate entrance/exit to the outside and the aft helm outside. The master is fitted with a queen island berth set athwartship drawer and closet storage and a private ensuite head.

Mitsubishi Air Conditioning System New 2022
Fitted with a Cummins Diesel producing 210 HP with freshwater cooling via the heat exchanger, an Allison Hydraulic Marine Transmission with a 1.5:1 Ratio and a 26'X18"X2" propeller.
Originally constructed by Willard Marine for the US Navy in 1991 as a Launch to tender up to 150 passangers to and from ships at anchorage and across ports. The "Gunston Hall" was sold as surplus. Her new owner decided to create a substantial cabin vessel suitable for long journeys and as a live a board. With numerous updates and improvements were added to this all fiberglass hull including substanial additional tankage of 960 US Gal Diesel Fuel to propel the six cylinder Cummins Diesel with a SOG of 11 Knots. A Phasor 5 kW Generator completed the live aboard requirements.
