Accommodations

Below decks, the 320's interior is brightly lit and completely open. High-gloss cherry paneling and mirrored accents highlight a decor rich in luxury and sophistication. The salon settee converts to a larger berth, an island berth is forward, and the stateroom aft of the companionway steps doubles as a secondary conversation area. Curtains separate both sleeping areas from the main salon, and faux granite counters and Formica cabinets are found in the galley. A pull out television is recessed just forward of the galley so it can be watched from either the owner's berth or the main salon settee.

Galley

Set to the port side of the cabin the galley is spacious without consuming the main salon. Corian countertop with a molded basin style sink. Above and below cabinets provide plenty of storage. The countertop provides inserts to cover both the electric two burner cooktop and the sink. A microwave oven is mounted in one of the above counter cabinets.

Deck and Hull

While servicable for now the exterior seating surfaces are in varying stages of needing reupholstering.  Age and UV damage is typical and there is no cockpit covering other then the Bimini top which is also in need of refreshing. Other than these soft goods everything is  in good condition.

A good quality compound and waxing is needed. Don't forget that this is a big reason for the pricing. We have taken these items and others into account arriving at the asking price.

Lofrans Electric Anchor Windlass

Three Side Eisenglass Enclosure

Angled Cockpit Sunbrella Cover with Eisenglass window attaching at rear Bimini down to

Broker Comments

This once loved and well maintained 2002 Sea Ray 320 Sundancer has simply taken a backseat to life. She has been sitting out of the water a few months and needs to be cared for again.

This vessel is being sold in AS IS AS SEEN conditions. She has not been used in a few months months.  She needs some love and cleaning to come back to life.

The hull of this boat is in great condition and the cabin interior is beautiful with cherry cabinets and solid countertops. The galley is great with plenty of counterspace, deep sink, microwave, two-burner stove, and fridge.  The head is complete with vacu-flush, vanity, stand up shower space and storage.  One berth is forward with privacy curtain and cabinet storage along the sides.  Second double berth is aft mid cabin with a privacy curtain.

Both Mercruiser engines running but should be turned up and checked by a professional. The Westerbeke generator starts right up but needs either an impeller or rare water pump. Everything appears to be just maintenance items but her owner does not want to deal with getting everything done or to put any money into the boat.

Recognizing the items in need of attention the realistic asking price was established.

Offered at $49,000 and buyer is motivated to sell.

Known Items Requiring Attention

  • Consider new carpeting in cabin
  • Bimini Top and Helm Cover should be replaced

  • Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning Service
  • Complete Exterior Detail
