Constructed in 2003 in Wheatley, Ontario, Canada this very well maintained 64' Patrol Boat platform was delivered for the purposes of Law Enforcement. Powered by a pair Caterpillar 3412 diesels she typically cruises at 13.7 knots with a fuel burn of 46 GPH. Capable of a WOT speed 26 knots. Her professional crew holds her maintenance to a very strict standard and maintains records on all systems. An ideal candidate to continue her career in law enforcement but capable of numerous other functions to fit her next owners demands.

Below the main deck down a set of stairs/ladder the accommodations consist of a crew galley, dedicated Captain's quarters, a second stateroom with over under bunks and main crews space forward with two pairs of over under berths for a total of four in this space. Overall accommodations total seven berths.
The galley is equipped with a single refrigerator/freezer, Microwave Oven, Two (2) Burner Electric Cook Top, single stainless steel Basin sink, large counter top and plenty of cabinet and drawer storage.
Heads and showers are in this area to service the crew.

Standard shore power is delivered by a single 50/250 service delivered to the transom central deck. All wiring is compliant to ABYC E-11 standards. The vessel is equipped with a Galvanic Isolation system.
Equipped with a newer Dometic Reverse Cycle Waterless Air Conditioning system with SMX Controls located on the Pilothouse Cabin Top.
Toe rails are constructed of aluminum alloy, numerous cleats around the deck and grab rails are constructed of stainless steel. There is an aluminum alloy platform integral with deck lay-up plus a dual anchor roller assembly and stainless steel backing plate for windlass support.
The anchor windlass is a Lewmar Vertical type 24-VDC with remote controls.
There are two (2) aluminum and white acrylic hatches with dogs, hinges, support arms and gaskets on the exterior of the hatches. The foredeck hatch serves as an emergency exit providing a minimum clear opening dimension of 14 1/2 " compliant with the standards of ABYC H-3.5.2.2.
Vessel is accessed via a metal and glass door. The fully enclosed bridge deck with two access doors starboard and aft, three (3) cockpit seats forward. The windshield is a low profile angled glass style.
The vessel will be conveyed with various manuals operational guides and spare parts listed in this brochure. A custom made davit system is located on the aft deck and supports the 2004 15' Ribcraft USA tender powered with a 60 HP Mercury Four Stroke outboard motor. Also included is the Float-On Single Axle Aluminum Trailer with brakes.
Deck Construction is of aluminum alloy construction with teak and gelcoat surfaces. The hull to deck joint are an overlap type with aluminum alloy rub rail welded to the hull. The deck fitting which include the bow pulpit/rail is a welded stainless steel rail system, runs aft to the cockpit.

Bulkheads: Athwartship's reenforcement enhanced by main and partial bulkheads bonded to the hull with aluminum tabbing.
Stringers: Hull stiffness provided by aluminum alloy longitudinal stringers.
Stem: Slightly flared blow with aluminum alloy anchor platform and single anchor roller.
Transom: Reinforced aluminum alloy slightly rounded transom, companionway to port and starboard, fixed aluminum alloy swim platform with stow-able swim ladders, lazzarette hatch and dingy cradle.
Chain Locker: Hinged aluminum alloy hatch and drain oversized.
Ground Tackle: Two Fluke type Fortress Anchors to 3/8" chain. Lewmar 24 VDC with remote control electric windlass.
Keel: Internal
Marine Sanitation with electric heads and sinks with on demand pressure hot and cold water. Heads are Sealand® 12VDC Fresh Water flush heads plumbed to a single 100 gallon poly holding tank.
The vessel is equipped with a pair of Caterpillar Fresh Water cooled turbo charged 3412 C Marine Diesels. Recorded hours report the Port Motor having 4,744 total hours and Starboard Motor with 4,760 total hours of operation. The cooling systems are closed reservoir types with centrifugal type circulating pumps, heat exchangers and raw water cooled exhaust. All scheduled maintenances have been completed and a stringent maintenance program has been employed since day one.
Additionally there is a Northern Lights 16 kW Marine Genset mounted within a sound shield with 3,729 total hours of operation. The Model Number is M844W3-16kW.
Fuel filtration is addressed with four (4) Racor® filters, two units remotely mounted for each engine port and starboard on the forward bulkhead. Racor® filter/water separator type with a manifold system, rotary valves, vacuum gauges and engine mount spin off types.
Engine room lighting is provided by new Lumitech® LED lighting in both engine room and lazarette.
This entire space is well lite, ventilated, very well maintained and clean.
The is a Reserve tank in the aft of the Engine Room with a capacity of 325 US Gal. Fuel transfer system moves fuel to and from the tank.
Propellers: Two (2) bronze alloy, five bladed, counter rotating propeller protected with a fresh coat of Prop Speed® in the past 2 months.
Props are 45.5” Diameter
Shafts: Stainless Steel 2.5" diameter shafts passing through standard shaft logs.
Fresh coat of ablative Anti Fouling paint applied. Color is Black.
