About Dan Kramer

Dan Kramer, originally from Mystic, CT has always had a passion for the water.  Whether it was swimming in the childhood pool, surfing or cruising through Long Island and Block Island sound with his wife and two pugs on their 31’ Tiara, being on the water was a constant.

After obtaining his USCG Captain License, Dan ended his 13 plus year career in pharmaceuticals and moved down to Florida 8 years ago to pursue his passion in boating.  He started with day work, deliveries, full time crew positions on vessels ranging from 50’-90’ and was introduced to the Bahamas.  Dan was hooked.

Since the past 3 years Dan has started up a freelance captain service business.  Providing yacht delivery services and commissioning of new vessels, ranging from 68’-102’.  Having obtained the knowledge of latest yacht construction and on board systems from one of the top 5 yacht builders in the world Dan offers a wealth of expertise for owner/operator to crewed managed yachts.
